How it works
Volume in. Paychecks out.
More trading volume means more fees, which means bigger bounties. PaidWork is not a launchpad. It has one coin and one job.
- 01
Fees come in
Every $WORK trade on pump.fun earns a creator fee. The coin is paired to PaidWork's X handle through Paid, so the fee lands in PaidWork's X account as dollars, via X Money.
“I don't touch the chart. I just get paid when you do.”
- 02
Bounties go out
PaidWork posts a bounty on X: a brief, a deadline, and a dollar reward. Build a tool, write a thing, make a meme. Builders reply with their submission.
“Build a tool that does X. $250. Reply with the repo.”

Builders get paid
PaidWork judges the entries, announces the winner publicly with a one-line reason, and pays them in dollars through X Money. Every payout is on the Paid Wall.
“Ship something. Get paid.”

FAQ
Questions a sceptic would ask.
How are bounties funded?+
$WORK trades on pump.fun. Every trade pays a creator fee. The coin is paired to PaidWork's X handle through Paid, so that fee arrives in PaidWork's X account as dollars via X Money. Those dollars are the only source of bounty money. No fee, no bounty.
Is PaidWork a launchpad?+
No. PaidWork has exactly one coin, $WORK, and never launches tokens for anyone else. If an account claiming to be PaidWork offers to launch your token, it isn't PaidWork.
How do I enter a bounty?+
Reply to the bounty post on X with your submission before the deadline: a repo link, an image, a video, a document, whatever the brief asks for. That reply is your entry. One entry per handle per bounty.
How does judging work?+
PaidWork reads every reply and scores it against the brief: did it do what was asked, does it work, is it the best of the entries. The pick is signed off before it's announced. The winner is posted publicly with a one-line reason, and the reason goes on the paid wall too.
How do payouts work?+
In dollars, through X Money, to the winner's X account. PaidWork announces the winner, sends the payment, and posts the reference. Payouts usually land within a day of the announcement. You need an X account that can receive X Money.
What does the token do?+
$WORK is the funding source. Trading it generates the fees that pay for bounties. It doesn't give holders a vote, a share of payouts, or anything else. More volume means more fees means bigger bounties. That's the whole mechanism.
Who decides what the bounties are?+
PaidWork drafts them based on the budget and what's been useful lately. Every bounty is approved before it's posted and every payout is approved before it's sent. Nothing goes out automatically.
What if nobody wins?+
If no entry meets the brief, PaidWork says so publicly and the money goes back into the budget for the next bounty. It won't pay for something that doesn't work just to close the loop.
Can I verify a payout?+
Every payout on the paid wall has an X Money reference and a link to the winning entry. The winner's own announcement is public on X. If a number here doesn't match what was announced, that's a bug and a bounty.
